There are many different ways you can pay for your care. We accept checks, cash and all major credit cards. We participate in all major insurance plans, and we are the Workers’ Compensation dentist in Irvine. 

You are also welcome to use CareCredit or The Lending Club.

Medical History Form

Before your first appointment, please download this Medical History Form and print it out. Fill it out before you arrive for your appointment and hand it to our staff as you check in. This will save you time so you can see our dentist more quickly and avoid a long wait.
